Come check out the FITCASA in Highland Park Los Angeles! This female owned community micro gym is non-toxic with good vibes only. All good health and fitness plans start with an assessment! Coach Karrie will guide you through 16 assessments and an introduction to anabolic strength training.Take 45 minutes to discover this private training space that just might change your life!!

After completing a fitness assessment, Coach Karrie will select and customize a program to meet you where you're at, to fit your lifestyle and your goals! Choose thirty minute or one hour sessions. Training modalities include: foundational/functional strength training, stability, mobility, flexibility, balance, corrective exercise and self-myofascial release.

With a 3-Month enrollment to the FITCASA, you will receive an “Intro to Integrative Health Wellness Plan.” This plan is laid out prioritizing your goals and allowing you to implement changes at your pace. A telehealth coaching call via Zoom will be scheduled to discuss your wellness plan in detail.

Functional Medicine labs look beyond annual blood work. They reveal deeper underlying root causes and answer the “why” to chronic health issues. If we hit a roadblock with your training and experience lack of sleep, poor recovery, inability to build muscle etc. These are all symptoms to an underlying root cause. You will have an option to uncover your root cause with At-Home Labs conveniently shipped to your door.

I instruct and teach my wellness clients to improve their overall health by teaching them lifestyle practices such as diet, exercise, stress reduction, sleep, supplementation, and many more that enable them to heal naurally.

Widespread fitness media teaches us to “just do it”, and I’m sure you’ve heard the term “no pain no gain”. Well, I STRONGLY DISAGREE with these philosophies. Exercise IS essential for optimal health but in fact can be a stress on our bodies. I’d like to teach you how and when to “push it”, and when we need a “deload, or rest week” to find balance for longevity and a quility healthspan.
